How We Started
Our Journey with Enactus Canada
At Full Bellies, we believe in turning ideas into action. What started as a student-led initiative at NSCC, grew into a mission dedicated to fight food insecurity for post-secondary students. Our journey started when we participated in Enactus Canada, a national competition that empowers student entrepreneurs to create meaningful change through business. Through Enactus Canada, we had the opportunity to share our mission, connect with people, and gain inspiration from the event and the incredible initiatives led by fellow students.
Enactus Canada gave us a platform to showcase Full Bellies potential. It strengthened our commitment to creating sustainable food access solutions and deepened our understanding of social entrepreneurship. Our experience with Enactus Canada wasn’t just about growth, it was about empowerment, collaboration, and driving real change in our community.
